A bit about me
Hello, I’m Katrin! I was drawn to therapy work by my belief in the value of compassion and empathy and my desire to facilitate healing through practical support. Together, we can find the path through the pain you’re experiencing now to a life that is authentic, connected, and joyful.
My areas of practice
I work with women feeling worn down by self-doubt, perfectionism, or the pressure to keep it all together. Some have survived emotional abuse; others simply feel stuck repeating old patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach to therapy
I’m trained in a range of therapies: CBT, IPT, MI, and other fun letter combinations. I also use somatic tools and mindfulness in my work. More importantly, I take a compassionate, supportive, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I prioritize clear communication, trust, respect, and collaboration. I believe in my bones that everyone is capable of healing, and I am truly honored to be a part of that healing process.
